Was looking through the magazine Blueprint today and loved their typography. In trying to find what the name of the fonts used in their design i found a few websites that might be cool to check out. First one is the website of a guy named Stephen Coles a blogger and lover of typography, music, and designer furnature. This lead me to a site he writes and edits for called typographica. I found through this guys site the fonts I was looking for and a link to FontShop. Font shop has every font you can imagine! Check it out. (most of you who are design savvy have probably already found this site... this is just a reminder of it's existence and awesomeness.) They also have free fonts you can download but most you will have to pay for.

Sick Pixel Patterns for screen

Due to my current position(Graphic designer for web) i'm rapidly becoming a huge fan of clarity combined with small file size. Pixel patterns Baby. Check em out, they're seamless and work with exceptional awesomenessism... This is really more of a Resource for web, but with the advent of the 2.0 web trend spilling over into the graphic design area, this may prove useful for any designer. Check em out HERE

Any student who has graduated or is about to graduate will appreciatethis. This is a great example of a portfolio site and resume for graphic designers who are just getting out of school. This guys resume is very simple and easy to read(even somewhat humorous). basically a great resource to get inspiration and ideas for your resume/portfolio site.
