What's up? I'm trying to make it as a freelance illustrator while doing my Master's work in drawing and painting. I've also had the pleasure to be an adjunct professor at IWU lately which is a blast!

Here in Columbus Ohio working for the Columbus Dispatch newspaper's Digital department.

I do web design here which basically means i do online advertising. Yes, I'm that guy who makes those annoying animated ads in the top and side of your screen. Sorry guys, i failed you.

It's good design exercise and flash training tho, so I'm great full for that. Check out my blog to see some of those ads and other stuff i've been doing on the side.

I'm hoping to starting doing freelance photography soon with my buddy ben (www.benjaminjamesphotography.com) here in Columbus. It's good money and i wanna move into commercial work eventually.

Also recording some music and getting ready to play a few places around the Ohio state university campus. You can check out my Music at www.purevolume.com/thehazzardacoustic

Keep it going guys. Lets get keep this blog alive!

In South Bend for now doing every odd job I can. Freelance assisting a Photographer out of Mishawaka and "Interning" (if that's what you call it, haha!) with the Packer Schopf Gallery in Chicago and Three Oaks, MI. Hopefully something good comes from all that.

This thursday the 13th my Dad and I are flying down to FL to pack up my brother and move him to L.A. The 16th my bro and I start driving and arrive the 19th. I hang and unpack with him for a couple of days then fly back to spend a day at home. The next day the 24th I drive my mom from South Bend to West Hollywood. She starts work on Oct 1st. at Cedars-Sinai as a traveling nurse for 4 months. So basically this month will be filled with cross country adventures. I get to learn how to drive a stick shift on the trip with my mom. Pray i don't crash! haha :) Exciting times for my family and also intimidating since we will all be living in different places. hmmm maybe i can get a job in LA...

Still doing the photography thing. Shot some seniors, weddings, and events. Need to get a website up soon... anyone want to help?

I've been doing graphic design for my cousin in Washington DC, who I did internships with in previous summers. It's hard to explain but basically I'm waiting to hear from our client (the government) if my resume has been approved to work full time. Work can be a little frustrating at times, mostly because of the clients' lack of expectation or desire to do anything creative, but I'm trying to stick with it for a little longer. In the meantime I'm doing freelance graphic design, which I really love.
